'Reminder' Sweatshirt

October 10th is Mental Health Day, with a focus on 'mental health is a universal human right'. Bringing awareness to mental health and a comfortable space to openly talk about, has always been a goal of mine. I wanted to create something that would not only be a reminder for ourselves, but an unspoken understanding for others who may struggle with mental health -- that they are seen, to take a moment for themselves, and that mental health is just as important as physical health. A portion of the sales will be donated to Mental Health America.
